Welcome

My name is Chris Riddiough. I'm at candidate for the DSA National Political Committee.

I'm running for NPC because I believe that I can provide the kind of leadership that DSA needs at this critical juncture. My work with DSA over the last 30 years has given me a deep knowledge of the organization and my work with many other progressive organizations has given me a context in which to put that experience. At the same time I am open to the new ideas and structures required as DSA grows. That is reflected in being an initiator of the Unity Through Diversity statement. I particularly want to emphasize that my long involvement in the women's and LGBTQIA+ movements brings a critical perspective to the NPC and the organization as a whole. So in these pages I'll outline a little bit about my background and my ideas for DSA.
